03 — Origin

From the Slopes of Ermera to Your Roastery

Ermera is the heart of Timor-Leste’s coffee country. Arabica here grows on small family farms in the hills, often under taller shade trees, and the ripe cherries are picked by hand at harvest.

Timor-Leste is also where the Timor Hybrid was first found, a natural Arabica cross now planted in coffee gardens around the world.
